About Us

Founded by Sara Reynolds, Dean Johnson and Noreen Smith, we are individuals with a varied background, ranging from the corporate world in Human Resources, an in-house Career Coach, Talent Acquisition Finance, Accountancy to holding blue collar jobs. Diverse on multiple fronts, experienced and qualified to give an all rounded insight into handling job dilemmas from both an employee and an employer’s perspective. 

This is a free and anonymous place for you to vent, rant and seek advice about your job dilemmas and options. The site is currently split into three sections:

• Advice articles – we regularly add content to advise you on how to tackle certain issues or scenarios you may encounter in your jobs.
• Forums – a safe space for you to anonymously vent, rant and/or seek advice from like-minded individuals, which form our Job Honesty community. Just be respectful, keep it legal and be mindful of posting anything that could land you in trouble. We won’t ever edit your posts but will delete them if they breach our community guidelines. Apart from this – be as honest as you want, constructively and anonymously!
• Newsletter – sign up to our juicy newsletter, where we’ll share funny, awkward, serious and uncomfortable dilemmas with advice from our Job Honesty panel. Competitions, interviews and CV advice will also be on the menu.

To become the go-to platform for those with jobs to discuss and seek advice on all things job related, with honesty, supportiveness and respect at the forefront.
