I have a manager who is becoming impossible to work with. She constantly looks for faults in my work. When she can’t find any, she becomes defensive and toxic in her communications with me. This is impacting on my mental well-being. What should I do? Call her behaviour out? Report her toxic behaviour to the senior management? Any advice is welcome/

Best thing bro is to keep your interactions with her limited if you can and have other ppl around you so you have witnesses. Def don’t show her she’s getting to you. She sounds like a bitter sad woman.
See if you can move departments or teams or if it’s too much change jobs.

          Stay strong bro 💪

Don’t let her get to you. Your job serves a purpose, your salary. Be firm and don’t tolerate b.s. from anyone at work. If it’s extreme, then report them. You’ll have an hr case on your hands and might get a payout if you take it further legally.

This is sound advice. Please make sure you document as much as possible and if you have any witnesses, this would help.
